Feedback review

I can't express the disappointment and unfair treatment I have received from FNB.Beside them failing to advise of the home loan protection place I had for my home when I lost my joy...the house was auctioned in July 2024 .the Buyer Violently took over the property..she is renting it out but the House account is still running on my name it's been 7 months now ...of FNB still not caring for what's going on to me and how this is affecting me.....I have sent countless emails to to follow up but no feedback as usual I have to see my self out..this is my last resort to get help...for the many years of suffering under this Banks Hand...
