Feedback Please

I have app**** for a Credit Card increase via my Private Banker. We have been pushing for almost close to 2 months but feedback is very poor. My banker Ryan at FNB Portside Building, has gone the extra mile and even gone to the extent of logging a complaint with the Credit Card Division on my behalf. It seems as though my issue is dormant regardless of all the escalations. All I need is a yes or a no. Could you oblige me please

24 hours after someone made contact with me, I am still waiting to get feedback. I have spoken to my private banker and he has no response. Come on FNB, what is the meaning of "escalation". First National Bank:-) Reference number ********** NF has been issued for your complaint.
