Feedback on ***** case

As much as I love FNB but I’m definitely not happy with the fact that au opened a ***** case on the 26th November 2021 and today is the 20th of December and from where I am standing it doesn’t look like my funds will be recovered which makes things even worse I am in arrears because I lost money now I need to pay double on everything I am so furious I can’t even put it in words, FNB will you guys recover my funds or not?

I’m tired of being on the line all the time following up and getting the response “pending investigation” can somebody please give me final feedback, Loreal Ezrah said I was probably going to get an answer Friday it’s now Monday.
