Feedback on Enterprise Banking

Dear FNB Team,

I have been a satisfied FNB customer for several years and have generally found your banking platforms to be user-friendly. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the inter-account transfer functionality within Enterprise Banking.

Currently, the system requires a unique transfer name for each transaction, which becomes quite frustrating—particularly when performing regular transfers for the same purpose, such as "Accommodation." It would be much more efficient if the platform allowed users to reuse transfer names for recurring transactions.

Could you kindly review this functionality and consider enhancing the user experience by allowing repeated use of the same transfer name?
