Feedback at least

I have been trying to apply for a loan since 27 May 2022. I received an SMS to send documents to ***. I did this yesterday, and twice today. All 3 times I sent through the documents I did not receive any reply, not even a "no-reply" email. I finally got hold of the loans department on phone twice today. The first one tells me to resubmit the documents because the status of the application says awaiting documents. I did this. The second one hung up on me after I verified my identity on the app. Can someone just give me feedback? I cannot be sending multiple emails with the same docs and no feedback.
