Feedback and Application Feedback

I have been a customer of FNB for a while now but seems that they dont really care about the customers anymore and their support is very useless even if you request help when you go to the branch they cannot give feedback on current issues as people is on vaccation and cant assist the customer which is me. I am considering a big change as i do not think that FNB had the capability to furfill my needs going forward.
