Feedback

I went to Bayside Mall in Tableveiw Cape Town to the FNB ATM to deposit R2950.00 cash into my account to be used as part of my medical aid debit order on the 1st January 2018.I deposited the cash but the ATM took my money and DID NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT and said my deposit was unsuccessful.I spoke to a lady at FNB that said I must fill in a claim form for the money which I did ,and she said the technicians that work on the machines were there at that time and they are the only people that can see if my money was in there or not.She also said that the money would be credited to my account and that I would not have to come in again but it takes 72 hours. She also said they would phone me yesterday and no one did.I have tried phoning the branch but it redirects to the call centre each time and no one is answering the phone. My problem is now FNB will charge me R100 on a returned debit order as the funds I deposited will not reflect in time for the debit order. This is not my problem and I feel FNB should be responsible for this cost as it is not my fault. Also no one has phoned me with regards to my claim and I was told someone would call yesterday????This is extremely upsetting and stressful and I want my money and a response!!!!!
