Today is the 4th day & by Monday it will be the 6th day & my account is still not closed. I was requested to send a color copy of my ID signed & dated by myself which was done. Every day since then I get the same message “if there are funds in the account I must transfer it, the account should be on a nil balance & must not have a negative balance”. WELL, THE ACCOUNT DOES NOT HAVE ANY FUNDS, IT IS ON A NIL BALANCE & IT DOES NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE BALANCE. Screenshots were also sent via email to *** & THE DAMN ACCOUNT IS STILL OPEN.
