Feedback

I wrote a review on hellopeter with regards to a charge back on 21st Oct 2020. FNB were quick to respond saying they would assist me. I waited a couple days and didn't receive a call, till today I I didn't receive a call. I then went to the branch and got a hold of a form as well as the email address of the relevant departments I should email with regards to my query which I did on 23rd Oct 2020. I did receive an email from FNB on 28th Oct 2020 which I responded to immediately. I still didn't receive any feed back from them after providing references numbers and all documents which I was able to get. I'm honestly trying to be patient and cooperation but how does one do that without feedback.
