Fedup with FNB

I've been hounded and treated like a ******** for a prescribed credit card dated 2017. Three different attorneys representing FNB has stalked me with 100s of calls a day, SMSs and emails. I keep on requesting proof of the last payment made to claim prescription and NO ONE is willing to send me the proof. I have now resorted to filing a complaint with FNBCare and they too are not assisting. I logged a complaint on 8 Feb and since then under ref *** no one can tell me anything. They keep on advising a chad paulsen will call me which he never does. I just need a simple statement showing when I last paid. Surely this can't be that difficult to resolve. I will now lay a complaint with the debt collectors society, law society and get my attorneys involved that FNB is trying to collect on prescribed debt without providing proof of last payment made
