Fedup with empty promises and ****s to hold consumers hostage

Has anyone experienced the same problem where you pay your insurance on time in full, but when you had a claim you pay the access fees and now struggling to get your access money's back from the third party. They dont call or inform you with regards to the status of the claim..NOTHING!!!!But when you owe them they have ways and means to get what belongs to them. This is really unacceptable.

And secondly when you payed your accounts (loans etc) with them in full it still reflect on your credit affordability score. A technique used to cripple your credit score only to place you in a higher risk category should you want to take out future credit with their institute. This is really frustrating, and what adds insult to injury is the nonchalant attitude you get from from each and every banker you phone or chat to on the fnb banking app platform. I have chatted to them regarding this matter numerous times, but feel they not taking this serious. I even threatened to move our bond from them but still they not taking me serious. Think i must really consider changing my bond to another bank

Ok so fnb contacted me to tell me in a nutshell " if you get your money back, you get it. If not, we can't be held accountable" About the payedup accounts still reflecting on my credit portfolio ( which so by the way has a bad effect on my credit score and places me in a higher risk category) they had nothing to say. Other then im in arrears but can't show me where I'm in arrears with any of my accounts, only thing they did which is of benefit to me. Was to take away the offers they have for me on the fnb app which is credit cards, loans, revolving facility and ovedrafts( when you open app, it appears as highlighted messages) I'm not interested in your products, that's the reason ife payed them up. You use this cunning tricks to place consumers in higher risk categories so they pay higher premiums on your products......Ife asked for more then five years i am with you to review my interest to no avail. Even the spousal benefit me an my wife gave up on,because it's one story after the other story. Wonder if they treat all they're customers the same. " How can we help you my ass" , they must change their slogan to " how difficult can we make things for you"
