Fed-up with poor service of fnb

I have worked so hard to get my credit in tact,been trying to contact fnb for a fee days now to review my interest rate..but to no avail,first I'm engineer send from pillar to post,then when I just mention about the interest rate review I'm either cut off or the dept that I was transferred to can't help me.I must contact the dept that just transferred me to them.Bunch of ******,want to charge consumers ridiculous interest rates,and when we find out that we could get our rates revised they do what they doing now
