Fed up with FNB Connect service!

Every month my FNB Connect line stops working for no reason. I have to call again and again just to get it reactivated. How can one line work perfectly every month while another one is a complete mess? Clients get 100gb data for free and I get to call to clients service.

Terrible service, no consistency, and no real help from support. Sort it out, FNB Connect!
