Fed up with fnb

I am insured with FNB(First Natonal Bank) law oncall personal plan ***, my plan gives me the benefits of R130000 per case my cover is R*** lifetime and my premium is R99 per month, I've had this plan more than 5years usual if I'm in a problem i call them and they come to re rescue. This year i had a problem with the lawyers they provided me for i asked them to stepdown cause I found them hair on my matter so i asked FNB if is it okay if i appoint my own choice of attorney that they can finance then if these a difference then il pay the difference i guess they gaved me a go ahead january 2020 cause my case was due for trail on the 30th and 31st March. They gaved me a go ahead i took the lawyer the lawyer of cause bills me not them its our arrangement so FNB gaved me the claim contract for us to sign but i notice that they offered me R25000 for the case but because i was in a corner i over looked that and in their contract they didn't tell us their rates my lawyer refused to sign but i beget him to so he signed come end march court dates my clsim wasnt paid so i called them but now my case has been transferred from the case officer whom i used to deal with to a new one this lady is taking me from pillar to post say they wont be able to pay due to invoices so i spoke to my lawyer mt lawyer said he will speak with them in all they spoke but my lawyer says he cant brezk down his invoice to the way they want it couase he will like his commiting ***** as they say they want hours and time of consulting and times he spdnt in court where by my lowyer charges me his rate per day these people from the biggining they were not open about their rates now when we sign they come with stories and till now my claim has been paid let. They e-mailed me Tuesday about the premium increase but can't help me with my claim its about 4months now
