Fed up with Fnb

Im fed up with this bank.Opened a account beginnig of the year and only have problems ever since. Latest problem is stuggling for a month now to just get a new bank card out of them witch one of the fnb atms damage.Sending me from the Uitenhage branch to the Port Elizabeth branch up and down just to get nothing sorted out. Theres always some excuse of being offline or mangers that arent there.I cant even get them to give my money over the counter. Im done with this bank. Im unemployed and need my money.
