Fed up with Fnb

Good day to whom it may concern.

Ive just about had it with FNB. Everything of mine was ****** on the 24th April 2019. My handbag, my bank cards, my family's car, laptop basically everything. So I'm already frustrated

I app**** for a Fnb credit card replacement online which that was delivered to my work place no problem. I didn't have my ID at the time as I was still waiting for new ID. So my husband had to sign for the card and provided his ID.

When I went into your Fnb branch in Kara Glen, Edenvale. The same day I received my new ID. I asked the consultant for My Smart account card. Because that is what I had. He told me Ive been approved for a cheque account. And he will give me a cheque account card. Again he did not once mention that I was going to be billed for that card. He gave me an unpersonlized cheque bank card on the 24 May, At the same time Nkosi from your Fnb Branch offered me a overdraft. I had no clue what it was all about. He didn't explain to me. He left so much out like..

First of all I didn't know the funds would reflect straight away. (thought I could control what I spend) as he said an overdraft is good to have if you in an emergency. 2. He didn't tell me I will get charged every month for this overdraft.

I called your complaints office and got a reference number from a lady called Zoya my reference number... *** Just after that call I went I. The the FNB app to reduced my overdraft to R100. On the 28th of June I did receive a telephone call from a lady which I couldn't hear so nicely. The line was bad.

She asked me exactly what happened in the branch at Kara Glen with Nkosi. I told her and she said she would investigate and get back to me.

I still heard nothing. Today's date is the 10 July.

In last week I received a call from UTI Couriers Saying they would like to drop my debit card off. My reply... Why am I getting a card again when I already went into the branch to get a card. So according to me I've received one. The lady on the phone couldn't tell me. So I accepted the card and then straight away I went into your Fnb Branch in Glen Marais.

Told my story to your branch manager and then I was handed over to one of your Fnb consultants. She canceled my overdraft and then on my account it says I'm in the minus and she advised me to take out a personal loan of R1500 So I can pay back my overdraft. She also said that it reflects very bad that my account is in the minus. So I accepted the personal loan if R1500 only so I could pay Fnb their overdraft money back. The consultant also said I can build up a credit rating like this..

I feel it's so unfair that the overdraft wasn't explained to me and now I'm owing and in order for me to pay Fnb their money, now I must take out a personal loan.

Yesterday I called your Fnb credit card department and was on hold for 20 minutes, then transfered from one consultant to another. I told the lady I didn't have much airtime as im calling from my cell.

My story I swiped my Fnb credit card on Friday night. The amount swiped R845.00 The item was not received as I was told on Friday night it Will only be delivered to me on Monday. So here At 7pm on Monday I received a message on my cell (Still have the message as proof) that my money has not reflected in her account. So that's why yesterday I wanted to know if I can reverse this money of R845.00 I was then told from your Fnb lady on the phone I need to fill it a dispute form then scan and email back. It's the following day, still no email with the dispute form? I was also told it will take up to 7 working days. What the hell you as FNB my bank should be having my back, now I must wait until one day I receive a dispute form from you. Very unsatisfied right now with FNB
