Fed up with ebucks

Ebucks has become a problem. For whole of November I got no ebucks for petrol put in at Engen. Laid complaint. Had to submit petrolslips. Even send photos of the engen garages to proof it is an engen garage. By 8 Dec my ebucks got loaded manually. And what happened now? Again got no ebucks until now for petrol put in at the same engen garages as always. So no ebucks for petrol put in during December. I use clicks card for points and then scan to pay on fnb app like always.
