Fed up

I can not get answers. Everyone I talk to are constantly putting me through to someone else, phone calls gets dropped. I get told I am getting put through to this and this department just so that a irrelevant department is answering me all confused. I am contacting my bank and after nearly 2 hours of back and forth and nearly getting a stroke I am no closer and have no answers.
