FED UP

So on 10 January 2025 I put in my hospital claim and my claim got declined. FNB told me that there was not enough medical evidence to support my diagnosis. I didn't know what was going on, on 24 January 2025 my assessor called me and told me that they see I was tested for E. Coli but there were no final results. Same day I called Lancet laboratory I got to find out my final results were late, hence I didn't send them to FNB. I went to Lancet app, got my results from Lancet laboratory late and sent then to fnb. Meaning on 28 January 2025 I re submitted my claim, with the medical evidence they wanted. So today they called me and now they told me that they got the claim and all the documents... But they still declining the claim because apparently I should have been treated as an outpatient. REALLY? so my doctor was crazy when he saw a problem with me and decided to admit me. I'm so fed up with FNB.
