Fed up!!!
I have been struggling for almost an hour on the messaging part and I have been thrown to one banker to the next which is really poor!!!
I have put enough money in my account for my debit orders and now there is an extra R500 missing which does not show on my account!! Where is that money? Why doesn't it show?? This is *****ing and I will not leave this here. FNB has been really disappointing me for 2 years now!! You guys are pathetic!! I even cancelled all my life insurance on ALL my accounts oh and still you guys deduct it off my credit card. I need that reversed and my money back.

The messaging part finally worked and there was a gentleman who phoned and try to help but the phone line was so bad I could not hear what he was saying. So that did not help.
