Fed uo

I am really fed up with this bank. I've been asking for a downgrade of the account and reported unknown charges that keeps climbing until it reached R5000. Each day I get notifications of transactions declining and it keeps charging me. Today I get money and all that money is gone even after I told them time and again to. Downgrade it but still did nothing
