Fbn worst bank in South Africa

FNB is the worst bank u could possibly deal with. I bank with capitec bank and opened a credit card with fnb and the experience has been a nightmare. They are so quick to call u when u apply for their card but they are credit card support line will ring none stop with no answer. I went to the branch in pavilion mall in Westville and I've never seen people so unprofessional in my life. I'm still trying to get a hold of then, it's Wednesday 10am but their number been ringing for an hour no answer. I would personally advise anyone who wants to bank with them to actually think twice. U can't trust people like these with your money. And I'm trying to contact them regarding my money mysteriously disappearing from my credit card and I can't find them. Don't trust this bank, no one deserves to go through this stress I'm going through especially when it comes to your money disappearing. We have so many banks in SA try the others but run away from fnb worst company ever
