FBN taking money from accounts

FNB just took money from my account leaving me on a egative balance and they can't even tell me what happened. They do not want to reverse my money. Their bankers are *********** and rude, telling me that I have subscriptions which I don't. I have never been so disappointed and frustrated like this. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Stop taking money from people's accounts without their consent and then refuse to reverse it. The worst part is that they won't even assist me. They are acting like they do not know what happened. I'm changing this bank as soon as I can.
