FBN Loan Department - extremely bad customer experience.

Over the Last 2 weeks, I have had an extremely bad experience with the FNB Loans Department. I app**** for a Small Personal Loan, got the Quote and I was happy with it. I told the agent I don't want the money yet, as I need to go and look at the product I want to buy over the weekend first. Two days later, FNB transferred the money into my account, where I did NOT approve any form of DEBI Check. FNB then advised, I can transfer the money back into the loan account and request a refund once I had a look at the Product I want to buy. Again I comp**** and followed the advice FNB gave me. After the weekend (where I had a chance to look at the product), I called FNB and my loan was cancelled completely, and now I am advised that there is a 30 day waiting period before I would be allowed to apply again. The one FNB agent said it is wat it is and I should rather go get a loan from another bank... Great Customer Service...
