FBN IS USELESS

Bad service that I’ve received from FNB My account has been I a hold for Month and 3 weeks buy now and yet there’s not change. The guy who’s named Thabede Sboniso its like he is enjoying to receive my emails but he never replies. I been to the branch countless times when they try to get hold of him he does not respond My banking is blocked when I have the amount to register at the college now I had to stay because they are failing to help me I’d like this case of mine to be given to someone who’s whiling to make his job.
