Fbn

FNB blocked my account for the past 3 weeks. They asked for certain documents and I emailed all what they requested but they don’t respond to my emails whether they received the documents or not . They don’t even give me an update to what is the progress. They gave me the investigators contact details. I have been calling him but no one is answering the phone. In such situations what exactly does one have to do in order to be recognised because at the state that I’m in now . I am a very disappointed and a hopeless FNB client . Somebody please intervene . My investigator is John Volmink. Thank you . Will wait for the response
