fb blocked my accounts for 4 months with no resolution
Fnb blocked my account in May I did not have any access to it to my surprise there has been a transaction made on the account in Jul without my knowledge .Who does transactions on blocked accounts,why do they have access to my bank accounts when I the owner is blocked ?who authorized this transactions and why are my accounts still blocked 4months later.I want to close my accounts FNB REMOVE MY NAME FROM YOUR SYSTEM CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.

18 Aug 2026, 07:53I'm EXTREMELY disappointed with how Fnb has been handling my account and the ***** case .its been 3months tell me which bank will investigate a case for months ?????
My account was blocked due to some suspected *****ulent amounts that were credited on my account mind you no sms notification of these deposits were received from the bank,some of these transactions I saw the next day.I reported this to the ***** line a case was opened my accounts were blocked.
The bank sent me email saying people wants these money back because it was sent in error.The bank then asked me to explain who these people were.of which I don't know,these people approached the bank not me.The bank said They don't take my answer its unacceptable??? So must I lie and say I know when I don't know???.
The account is since blocked until I saw a tranfere that was done on this account which I have no Idea of ,I don't have.Access to the account but the are activities taking place on a blocked account who is doing this...?Fnb delete my name and accounts from you Data base you FAILED me as a customer

18 Aug 2026, 15:54Please can you assist I need to close my other accounts because they have service fees that FNB is charging me even though the account is blocked this is frustrating.....yoh FNB I will never forget this horrible treatment I'm subjected to after 22years of using this bank ...
