Fax communication the only FNB channel available????

I had ***** on my Discovery Credit card in October 2016. When I reported it, I was requested to fill out a "Letter of Dispute" that had to be FAXED to ********** . There was no indication of an email address. How is it possible that the only channel of communication available is FAX???? I dont have access to a fax machine and dont even know how to operate one anymore!!! When I phoned the FNB call centre, I was informed that FAX is the only way I could submit the letter. After insisting on an email address, the incorrect email address was supp**** to me. The letter of dispute have to be submitted to FNB within 7 days. I would really appreciate it if an FNB representative could explain to me why FNB are using old technology from the late 1980s, early 1990s, in the digital internet age of email communication? Do FNB have any plans to upgrade their communcation channels from fax to email? How can a company that wins awards for innovative use of technology in banking, use FAX ONLY as a communication channel for clients to report credit card *****???? It is ridiculous!!!
