It is the first time since I moved from another bank to FNB that I actually got assisted by a lady by the name NOMPUMELELO KUMALO at the call center. I have been communicating with a personal Banke, Fnb secure chat agents, sent emails iro several challenges I have been experiencing with FNB without success untill I was assisted by NOMPUMELELO KUMALO! FNB should give her the post of a personal Banker as she has excellent people's skills and excellent knowledge to advise correctly! In my book she is the only competent agent with the leadership skills of a manager within FNB As others has just disappointed!
