Faulty system.Cannot use account, money disappears

I cannot use my credit card anymore after attempted account upgrade. According to Mohammed Khan i would still be able to use my cards. Now every time i try to purchase something, it gets declined and a R8 is deducted. Its bladdy embarrassing to be declined in shops. FNB is completely useless. I will be closing my account
