Faulty records

I have a bond over a residential property at FNB since about 2006. I pay per debit order and have been paying various amounts extra including A payment of R20 000,00 during August and R10 000,00 a month later. I am a practicing attorney and opened accounts to transfer my business to FNB. Yesterday and today I received two SMS's from the Bond department informing me that my account is in arrears. The second stating that I am still in arrears in spite of a payment. I calculate that I am probably about R40 000,00 in advance. Suddenly the amount available on the flexi side has also disappeared. I am greatly shocked. To cap it all I also opened a number of estate accounts including one where I have been battling for a year to get the other dim bank, ABSA, to pay money from various investments into the estate account. When querying ABSA about non-payment I was informed that the account is closed. FNB has closed a crucially important estate account of mine without informing me whilst a totally wrong action and records on their side gets threatening messages addressed to me. Thank heavens I learned in time without moving my substantial business and investment accounts yet.
