Faulty Products

I ordered a new card 3 months ago, because I lost my wallet. Today found myself paying R240 for a card temp cart and a replacement card.

I just don’t see why I should be paying for a card that’s doesn’t work in the long run (it’s not my fault the chip just stops working) .... I know R240 isn’t a lot of money, but when your struggling every cent counts.

Is there anyway to resolve this? I am the furtherest thing from a difficult customer, FNB has been great thus far.

I just really don’t agree with me having to pay for replacement cards etc, all because of a card malfunction....
