Faulty NEW card, and still no feedback
After much hassle with Absa, I decided to move to FNB. After long ques and long sign ups, I finally was a member of the FNB group. After 5 working days, they finally smsed to say my card was ready for collection. After another long wait in the que, I can finally receive my card....only to find out it is faulty. I was told that I could collect a new card on Friday, I have received no sms or confirmation that it is ready. Sorry but I am not driving up and down with MY petrol to waste my time. I was also told they cant assist with changing my debit orders unless I go stand in the long ques at Absa and get a statement (FNB have already taken up 4 hours of my time in one week, now I must go waste more time?). So I must do this myself. I also cant get onto the online banking system, to do my own changes to my debit orders (which FNB promise they can do - but wont) Im starting to wonder if I should just stay with Absa and deal with their sneaky ways of *****ing their customers. Was so excited to join FNB, but now I am having my doubts
