Faulty Electricity Token

I wasted 45min this morning on the phone trying to resolve the problem and after speaking to 5 people I am seriuosly frustrated. Last night I bought R150 electricity from my cell phone (FNB Cell Phone Banking) and the token number does not work. I then bought electricity from my Capitec account and that token worked so the problem is not with the meter but with the token number which FNB supp****. After speaking with the 5 people (3xFNB, 1xEskom and 1xCape Town Municipality) I was told by CT Municipality that my R150 purchase does not show on their system, i.e. my FNB payment did not go through and therefore the token will not work. Municipality said I must ask FNB to reverse that purchase. Here are the purchase details: Value R150, purchase from *********** acc no ************, at 19h38 on 31 May. Token ***, Units 85.3 FNB Ref 3FRWDY1C, Munic Ref LCCT***. The last p[erson at FNB whom I spoke too still had the cheek to say to me they only sell the token and don't make the electricity. Idiot.

Come on FNB, I need this problem to be addressed urgently.
