Faulty device from FNB Device Guru

I've had a wonderful experience with FNB and getting my ordered products in a timely fashion up until now. It seems like if things go right, they go right with FNB. But (from my own experience and reading reviews) their service provider (DEVICE GURU) is just awful when it comes to malfunctioning faulty products and repairs. It's a long and tedious process to get them to even come and collect the device. And once the device has been collected you get no updates on what status the product is in and when you will be getting your product. It's been a month now since the day I got a faulty laptop, and no sign of a new laptop in sight. Which is terrible considering I have to start paying my installment now for a laptop I DO NOT HAVE and do not know if I will ever have. Called FNB and was told that yes they will be charging me for a laptop I do not have. Surely FNB needs to do better at picking service providers, if they want to be charging clients for faulty devices.

My advice, if you need to buy a device that you need it to be working 100% when you get it and do not have weeks to spend waiting on a repair or replacement, DO NOT USE FNB. Hopefully they change their service provider or get better at handling faulty products, because this is not the standard of quality and service i expect from FNB. Very disappointed.
