Faulty credit card upgrade(Urgent)

@FNB like we all know we can do everything online. But when the online features don't work then FNB will take their sweet time fixing it.

I went online and chose to increase my credit card limit by around R 3 000 and not more because I know I can’t afford more. Then I received a mail for my limit increase. But on the pdf header was Credit card upgrade but the limit was correct. I logged into my FNB account and there was a new credit card linked to my account with a limit increase of over R 20 000. Now my old card is not working anymore as they gave me a upgrade without me requesting one. I use my credit card every day and now I can’t use it anymore. I contacted FNB to fix the problem over a week ago and they told me they escalated it and it will take 24 working hours. That already is a long time for a problem that was not my fault(2 and a half days). Anyways it has been over 60 hours already and I can’t use any money. The only reason I requested the upgrade was for unforeseen cir***stances which FNB always promote and now FNB caused the unforeseen cir***stances to be a<span cl***="apple-converted-space"> huge problem which they seem not wanting to help with. When I last talked to them they said they are going to downgrade my card which means my old card is still not going to work(they are going to issue a new card, if I wanted a new card I would have kept the upgraded card and just decreased my limit) and they are going to set the limit to the wrong limit and not the limit I requested.

If someone can help me to stop escalating the problem and to fix it because I really need my old card to work.

<p cl***="MsoNormal">
