Faulty Cell Phone Purchase

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a cell phone from FNB and I'm still paying for it however it has suddenly just stopped working and shut down. The phone has been switched of since. I need this to be redirected to whomever can assist me with this regard and rectify this issue. It's not normal for a cell phone to just shut down for no apparent reason? You're assistance in resolving this issue will be greatly aprreciated.</p>
