Faulty ATM - NOT PAYING BACK MY MONEY IN TIME
I went to withdraw money at a FNB ATM today to buy my fianc? a birthday present that I could only buy in a certain area. Something went wrong with the ATM and it did not get my money that i withdrawed but the money is out of my account. I went to the nearest branch were they told me that the money will only be reversed tomorrow. I am being witheld from my on money because of a problem on FNB's side. I have taken off from work today to do this bissiness but could not do it. I am discussed by the service I got from FNB
