Faulty ATM Machines

I've made a complaint on the 6th July 2024 regarding having depositing to account number: *** a cash amounting to R14290 at exactly 16h43 on the 5th July 2024 Ref number: *** We've been made aware by the one of the staff member Katlego(Rosslyn Branch) that this sort of unfortunate incident does happen once in a while but she assured me that she will escalate the issue to the regional management for a speedy resolution. Up to date, the issue is still unresolved.

Can anyone please assist me as I'm getting more pressure from the social club(Deep six) because some members are alleging that I may not be telling them the truth as to what really happened to the funds.

Not just my reputation as a treasurer but also my own security might be at risk.
