FAULTY ATM COSTING ME MORE TROUBLES

On the 24th September around 10am I went to bank city to deposit R3500 to my FNB Account, right after I deposited the R3500 I inserted my Postbank card into the Atm hoping to withdraw R2000 from that account. I followed all withdrawal steps and while I was waiting for the cash to come out, the machine suddenly went "OUT OF ORDER" And withheld my cash........... I informed the security guard on duty and he appeared to be making an OB entry and he further advised me to wait for about 10--15minutes the cash would reverse, but that did not happen till this day.

I couldn't miss work on the Tuesday, due to Monday being a holiday. But I made it a point to go to Postbank and obtain proof of withdrawal then further went to FNB Bankcity on Wednesday 26th an a complaint was lodged, TODAY is Tuesday the 9th of OCTOBER and yet my money is still not reversed to my account.

How long does 1 have to wait for for an error that was caused by your faulty machines? Why must I suffer and go through hardships to pay my rent and transport while my money is just laying at FNB offices for FUN???? I'm seriously gatvol now and seriously regret using this Atm, which I thought was the safest around Jhb cbd.
