Faudulant Accounts Opened

Good Day I have just received a call from a Hammond Attorney on Behalf of FNB Credit Card division regarding my outstanding monies owed, now this would no be a problem if i actually owned a credit card and or banked with FNB. Now being confused and extremely upset at this situation i would like to ask, how is it that FNB would open a credit card facility without verifying any details?????as i was told the man listed as the account holder goes by the name of Jan Mac farlane with my ID number, my name is Ian Stuart MacFarlane. To open just a bank account is a procedure of overwhelming paperwork i can only imagine the extreme lengths one would need to go paperwork wise just to apply for a credit card, another point would be that i do not earn a salary therefore i would not even in the slightest be able to apply for said facilities. This situation has tarnished my credit and my name and i would like FNB to fix this as the fault lies within.
