Faud in my account

I have been calling them from yesterday with no response, a loan was taken with my name and now is linked to my account , i can't find what is going on , i went to the branch Monday they told me the loan is with wesbank , wesbank says it is with Direct axis and FNB ***** told me that my case was lodged incorrectly. Now i'm not sure is my account safe ,
