Fast and friendly service
Walked into the branch; printed a bank statement at online banking terminal; & needed it to be stamped. Was greeted with a very warm smile by Charlene Petersen who showed genuine customer care, was fast, efficient and very friendly. Thank you Charlene for being one of the few people who really makes walking into fnb a pleasant experience.
