Fast and efficient servicec: Clarification of passport application

<p>I checked on the Internet to determine where I could apply for my passport. Got 2 possible venues. Phoned FNB call centre to confirm, got different info from them. Send an email to FNB requesting clarity without realy expecting an answer. Low and behold, within a few hours I got a phone call and great assistance. And then, a day later another call to make sure that I'm satisfied. And I'm not a rich fat cat, just a normal client. Small things like this matters! </p>
