Fast and efficient service
I app**** for a home loan with all major banks, I am pleased to say that FNB was by far the most efficient service I have received compared to all financial institutions. It took no less than 2 days to get an offer from them. Thanks to Boitumelo Tema, the consultant who assisted me was of great help. And while I decided to go with another institution (not a bank) for my home loan, I must make mention that FNB offered the lowest interest rate as compared to all major banks. The other banks did not even come close to FNB's offer.
Fantastic turnaround time, everything incl valuation was done in 2 days. Good rate compared to all other banks. Track application status updated almost immediately. Fantastic Service.
