Fantastic service at FNB Sandton

I would like to bring to your attention the amazing service my sister and I received from Busi Matsaung on Friday the 19th of February at your Sandton City Branch. First of all, Busi was smiling from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Busy was extremely helpful, resourceful, patient, friendly and really going the extra mile to help my sister open a bank account at FNB. Busi has a fantastic can-do attitude and treats customers the way they should be treated. Nothing was too much effort, nothing was impossible. My sister who has done contract work overseas over the past 10 years or so (currently in Cairo) stated that this was the best service she has ever received from anybody at a bank. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. And this is absolutely the reason why FNB stands out far above any other bank in this country. Thank you guys, and thanks again Busi!
