Fantastic service at FNB Grahamstown

I went into the branch the other day and was assisted by Silindokuhle Mjuleka. Even though it was incredibly busy at the time, Silindokuhle had a smile on his face by the time I got to him and was not only friendly but incredibly accommodating. He was quick to help me with my request and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He also helped me and my colleague with another which we have been struggling with for months, within a few minutes. At times you night dread going into the bank but I can confidently say that Silindokuhle's prompt assistance and wonderful attitude really made all the difference. The manageress at the branch, Shirese, is also very hands on which is something you do not see often at any bank!
