Falst advertising and misrepresantation

FNB definately knows how to provide a pethatic service and make clients fools. I opened my app today and the was 2 loan offers 1 for R25500 for 60 months and the other for R4000 for 6 months. I app**** for one for R4000 and when done with the application and accepted everything , it provided a technical error to contact their call center. I called their call center and then my call was bounce from one agent to another and finally one says no i dont qualify when i have proof on my side of the offers as i took screen shorts as i kept getting the error. Pathetic company they say they see nothing on their side I must wait for the day the offer might come back again. useless staff useless app as its causing misrepresentation and providing clients with incorrect information.No one is willing to assist and provide the offer that was already pre-approved not pre-selected.
