Falsely Listed

I hate the fact tha i have to rate them. I took a temp of R1000.00 with fnb January 2020. I paid the month end of January 2020 still. Later I noticed that I am listed on the credit bureau for what i don't know becase the loan was paid off. Can you please rectify this as it affecting my score. I have been calling requesting for this to be removed but you guys did not. This is beginning to work on my nerves
