I logged a missing payment request only to discover i have four missing payments over 200k it gets escalated not investigated. Then the assholes list me on SAFPS my money is gone and FNB states I misused the account. I have emails from FNB with proof of payments

FNB needs to take that listing off. I have gone to the NFO.

This joke of an organization accuses me of ***** when I reported the issue to you. FNB is a waste of space and have de*****ed 12 other people I personally know this year.
